Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will follow up on leads set by the Drain Technicians with the intent of assessing the job opportunity, putting together a sales quote, and closing the sale with the customer. Immediately upon closing a sale, the Outside Sales Representative (Sewer and Drain) works with Dispatcher and Install Manager to handoff work for completion of the accepted bid. This role requires previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in closing deals, as well as a strong technical aptitude and / or previous work experience in home services trades.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain an ongoing and clear communication with Drain Techs before, during, and after work calls in order to keep an active pipeline of job referrals in play.
• Join Drain Techs on job sites and use cameras to locate sewer and identify problem areas.
• Offer multiple options to customer to best help fix issues at hand.
• Close the sale based on customer’s preference.
• Offer final close and quality control customer service.
• Use camera equipment as needed.
• Take proper notes before, during, and after each installation.
• Collect down payment and close out job.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Outstanding outside sales skills backed with at least 7 years of work experience.
• At least 2 years of plumbing or sewer experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Clean background.
