Job Description
  • Duties: 
    • Interact with Customers by phone or electronically on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers by using the right methods/tools.
    • Respond proactively to all customer and channel partner questions and issues as they present themselves.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
    • Process all orders received from customers and validate that all the information like Product, Price, Quantity, Incoterm, Payment term, etc. are correct.
    • Coordinate with other departments like: Sales team, Controlling, Account Receivable, Pricing, and marketing as requested.
    • Coordination with the Indian supply chain team on the end-to-end Customer order processing.
    • Maintain current knowledge of our product lines and our sales process to ensure all information you convey to customers is accurate.
    • Handle and resolve any payment issue, delivery questions, or problems.
    • Build rapport and credibility with all customers to foster a positive and growth-oriented relationship.
    • Serves existing accounts and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing sales outlets.
    • Keeps management informed weekly and monthly basis about all Customer open orders status, Customer payment status, Shipping Status, dispatch volume, SC KPI’s, etc.
       
  • Requirement
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Qualification

    • High school Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Customer Service Experience. 
    • Must be Fluent in Spanish.
    • Ability to Communicate on a Professional Level in both English and Spanish verbally and in writing. Portuguese is a plus.

    • Prior Experience in the Automotive or Tire Industry is helpful but not a required
    • SAP SD Knowledge experience is a plus.
