Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager role will be instrumental in driving CRM strategies, brand awareness and incremental revenue via customer segmentation, email marketing and application of a data-driven digital media plan. In this role you will be strategizing, developing, optimizing, and tracking effective digital marketing campaigns that sell the company's destinations to prospective and known audience through a variety of online tactics including CRM management, email marketing, paid search, search engine marketing, email marketing, and social and display advertising. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Digital Marketing to provide strategies, insights, optimizations, and recommendations that facilitate digital marketing campaigns in delivering to their goals. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong customer segmentation and email marketing background as well as hands-on experience running digital advertising with a focus on rapid growth, personalization, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and execution of email and CRM marketing strategy with data-driven approach
  • Manage growth of email marketing programs which includes segmentation, retention, retargeting, drip campaigns, prospecting and more.
  • Use first party data to improve targeting across all online tactics via our customer database platform
  • Build expertise in our guest journey in order to develop successful marketing products that get consumer from inspiration to conversion
  • Producing and deploying cross-channel digital campaigns via Facebook Ads; Google Ads; OTAs; display networks and B2C emails
  • Provide regular monitoring, goal tracking, and campaign optimizations
  • Provide regularly scheduled performance reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and other key stakeholders.
  • Continued research, development, and evolution of all digital marketing offerings and tactics
  • Proactively identify key opportunities for innovation and improvement via platform selection, creative, and audience targeting experimentation
  • Dig into campaign data to extract channel insights and transform them into actionable, measurable changes that will drive channel optimization and accelerate performance
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization (A/B testing, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues with owned platforms, conversion tracking, attribution, etc.
  • Support team in creating SEO-rich content for website, email, and social
  • Perform website updates as needed Content updates, technical SEO, website optimizations etc.
  • Other ad hoc marketing support as needed digital asset management, OTA profile updates, OTA ads and promotions etc.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Results-driven professional with hands-on experience strategizing, building and maintained full-funnel email marketing program
  • Experience managing campaigns in native UI's for Google (Google Ads), display ads and Facebook (Ads Manager)
  • Must be able to communicate data-driven insights at an expert level
  • Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, data visualization/business intelligence platforms & SEMRush
  • Strong track record in building, optimizing, and executing high visibility campaigns, while always seeking to optimize bidding/targeting/audience/creative strategies
  • Strong eye for detail and high standards for quality of work
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a high volume of projects with top-notch organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate technical information.
  • A self-starter, able to independently execute tasks with minimal direction
  • Proven high-performer in work from home environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow and work harmoniously between all other areas of the business
  • Excellent communication skills required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written, with all levels of organization, customers and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications or related degree
  • 2-4 years managing full-funnel B2C email marketing campaigns
  • 2-4 years managing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing, optimizing a customer database platform
  • Facebook Blueprint certified / Google AdWords / Google Analytics certified a plus
  • Agency-side experience a plus

Compensation: $60,000 - $76,000, based on experience.
