Commercial Lines - Assistant Account Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines agency support person to serve in an Assistant Account Manager role. This person would support a Lead Account Manager and be contributor to the growth of one of the top producers in the firm.

This role is servicing a book of business that is mid-large sized commercial accounts. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, possess a team-oriented approach and have outstanding organizational skills.

There is room to grow with this role and we are looking for people who are motivated to grow in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve client service issues
• Assist with program analysis for potential clients
• Assist in new business marketing and renewal submissions
• Customer service tasks such as certificates, endorsements, auto-id cards, quotes, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Property and Casualty agent's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
