Sales Analyst

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00pm – 4:30pm

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000

Location: Livingston, NJ 07039

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in analyst role or similar

The Sales Analyst role is responsible for pricing, demand coordination, sales analysis and new product research. This is a key position that supports both the Sales and Product Development goals of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels, coordinating inventory counts at Satellite Warehouses.
• Analyze and process customer stock return adjustments
• Updating and ensuring quality of information in ERP for new product data and pricing.
• Assist with look-up of production dates, availability and backorder reports
• Compile and coordinate inventory demand from sales managers; report to production and development team.
• Support sales by providing sales data, account analysis
• Create reports to support sales managers and reps regarding pricing analysis, quotations, and sales figures and trends.
• Collect, analyze and summarize sales, pricing and inventory data.
• Travel as needed for trade shows, conventions, sales support and other.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with MS Office suite primarily focusing on Excel - the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with analyzing large sets of data using formulas such as VLOOKUP, logical tests and pivot tables
• Due Diligence (accuracy, predictability, traceability)
• Excellent organization skills with project timelines, product information and content for product line
• Excellent verbal and written communication - Bilingual Spanish and English
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Manages multiple priorities and projects
• Bachelor’s Degree
