T - Technical Writer
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing operational policies or standards.
*Research regulatory requirements and end to end processes.
*Help coordinate the layout and design of the material.
*Work with subject matter experts, legal and compliance to create and edit operational policies or standards.
*Partner with downstream recipients on changes and how they impact User materials (procedures and training).
*Work with project lead(s) to prioritize body of work and meet key milestones.
*Must have expert knowledge of GSuite.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
*3-5 years of prior experience in this role.
OAC - hybrid (Remote Mon and Fri; OAC Tues, Wed, Thurs)
