Job Title: Associate Attorney (Junior, Mid Level, and Senior)

Location: 100% Remote (Nationwide)

Position Overview: We are currently hiring attorneys at various levels to join our remote team. As long as you hold an active bar license in the state of California, you can work from anywhere in the country. We value diversity, collaboration, and excellence in legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle labor and employment cases, including class actions and wage and hour matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
• Participate in written discovery and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.

Qualifications:

• Active Bar License in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and employment law, class actions, or wage and hour cases.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ideal candidate will have significant law and motion experience, written discovery proficiency, and deposition experience.

Compensation:

• Junior Associates: Up to $145,000+ annually
• Mid-Level Associates: Up to $200,000+ annually
• Senior Associates/Counsel: Up to $250,000+ annually
