Director of Growth

Requirements:

We're looking for a seasoned, growth-focused professional to lead all marketing and business development. Director of Growth will report directly to the Executive Director and work side-by-side with the Product Development Director while supporting all marketing strategies and execution, operations, leadership hiring and development, and finances. This is a broad position and will require strong but general business development skills. However, we're looking for someone who can also lead with expert-level marketing and revenue generation experience and who has successfully led business from start-up to scale.

Specific job skills and requirements include:

• Creating strong landing pages.
• Proven experience increasing website conversion rates.
• Experience conducting a/b tests.
• Familiarity with CRO tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, Google Optimize.
• Reading and interpreting Google Analytics data.
• Experience identifying and implementing tracking pixels.
• Familiarity with web builders like WordPress, click funnels, lead pages, etc.
• Building and optimizing a marketing and lead funnel.
• Social media campaign building, buying, analysis, testing.
• Creating compelling and attractive marketing campaigns.
• Basic HTML.
• Basic design skills/understanding
• Creative; Innovative; Solutions-minded
• Measured and informed decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Producing proformas
• Reading/analysis of financials
