• Identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities through marketing channels, referrals, social media, and more.
• Fulfilling our clients financial well being through effective needs analysis to meet all of their insurance goals and gaps in protection.
• Developing client relationships through rapport building and superior customer service interactions.
• Assist in servicing client accounts, handling policy inquiries, and setting proper policy expectations.
• Meeting Agency product and premium sales goals.
• Actively participating in a high energy, highly engaged team to increase productivity while learning and growing your knowledge in the industry.

• P&C License Required
• Positivity, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn while succeeding a must!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to connect with a diverse group of potential and existing clients.
• This is not a work from home or hybrid position, must be willing to work in office.
