Night Host

REPORTS TO

Campground department heads and manager

GENERAL DUTIES

• Escort campers and guest to correct sites.
• Provide superior guest services either over the telephone or in person, by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly, and helpful. Handle all guests' issues with respect.
• Greet all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance, a smile, recognition and a proper uniform and name tag.
• Is to be a backup for all departments, such as but not limited to housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the owner, resort manager, or supervisor.
• Respond to security issues in a timely manner.
• Monitoring the facility for any issues
• Ensuring property is properly secured.
• Advising company rules and policies
• Responding to areas of concern
• Contacting law enforcement if necessary
• Utilizing quick and reasonable judgment
• Monitor all incoming guests through the campground gate.
• Validate if access is acceptable.
• Perform routine patrolling & site inspections.
• Must be dedicated to working in a team atmosphere.
• Able to make guest satisfaction a priority.
• Detail Oriented

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to work overnight shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to problem solve.
• Able to work a POS system with training.
• Able to operate a computer.
• Valid driver's license.
