Bilingual Call Center Representative

We seek an Energetic and Dynamic Call Center Representative who can support the Marketing Team with the Leads from Marketing Campaigns, especially for the Hispanic community and Expensive Treatments.

Core Responsibilities -

• As a Call Center Support Representative you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations with reaching out to patients from Medicaid insurance and PPO patients as well as Marketing Leads.
• Using the provided Altius Communication Scripts
• Track the number of appointments booked.
• Assist with Confirming Hispanic Patients Appointments
• Inform the patients about Stabili-teeth Dental treatment and be able to screen the patients for the financing application.
• Entering appointments into our management system - Open Dental
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Outbound/Inbound call management

· Schedule Appointments -

• Call Patients from the list provided.
• Support the offices that do not have a Spanish Speaker team member with confirming patient appointments or recall.
• Support and back-up team members to build a spirit of cooperation and meet patient needs

Job Requirements -

• Must be bilingual (Spanish 100% / English 90%)
• Must Pass Background Check
• Call Center or Sales Experience is a Plus but not required.
• Dental Experience is a Plus
• The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft, Excel, and inbound/outbound call system
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiar with Dental Terminology
