Title: Senior Travel RN Recruiter

Location: Dallas, TX - 4 days on site, 1 day remote

Salary Range: $55,000

Commission: 9% commission

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of travel nurse recruitment experience
• Must have experience running a 25+ TOA desk

About the role:

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience staffing travel nurses nationwide and understand how to service both direct and MSP/VMS clients. Having a clear understanding of creating pay packages based off of the assignment location and ability to build and keep relationships with their nurses is key to success. You will have support from your colleagues and managers to ensure you continue to succeed in your career.

Responsibilities

• Source travel nurses and connect them to qualified reqs
• Communicate in a professional, timely, and efficient manner with your candidates and colleagues
• Utilize the technology provided by the company keep and maintain records and track success
• Achieve quarterly goals put forth by your team

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record of running a 25+ TOA desk
• 5+ years of travel nurse recruiting experience
• Ability to be effective working remotely
• Strong understanding of the travel nurse staffing industry
