Position Overview:
The Nurse Recruiter plays a key role in managing and coordinating the admissions process, with a focus on recruiting and enrolling students. This position involves providing prospective students with detailed information about programs, admission requirements, and educational options. Responsibilities include hosting campus tours, conducting interviews, facilitating enrollments, and assisting with new student orientations. The role also encompasses administrative and compliance-related tasks to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Process Management:

  • Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to assess prospective students' interest and eligibility.
  • Guide prospective students in selecting programs that align with their goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee campus tours and visits.
  • Assist students in completing application and enrollment paperwork.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students throughout the admissions process.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Provide accurate and transparent information about programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee admissions file maintenance and perform file audits.
  • Ensure compliance with enrollment policies and documentation standards.

Student Engagement:

  • Plan and implement orientation programs for new students.
  • Participate in off-campus recruitment events to promote the college.

Administrative Support and Marketing:

  • Contribute ideas for marketing, promotions, and advertisements to enhance student recruitment efforts.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
