To thrive as a Remote Neonatal Nurse, you need a solid background in neonatal care, an active RN license with neonatal specialty certification (such as RNC-NIC or NNP), and experience in newborn assessment and intervention. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, remote monitoring systems, and electronic health records is essential for accurately tracking patient information and supporting care from a distance.
