Senior Paralegal - PIP

We are looking for a Sr. Paralegal - PIP responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Preparation of motions, pleadings, documents, and correspondence, as well as the supporting material.
• Responding to Discovery Requests.
• Managing attorney calendars.
• Assisting attorneys with a variety of legal tasks.
• Assisting with training and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Implementing and improving upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• Two or more years of actual civil paralegal experience are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish plus but not required.
• Paralegal degree or certification a plus.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
