We are seeking a Technical Recruiter whose energy and drive will help us hire first class talent for the organization. The Technical Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business to deliver the best talent. This key role will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.

Location: Washington, DC Metro with hybrid schedule available


General Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting a diverse slate of candidates.
  • Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and corporate roles.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across the organization.
  • Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
  • Initiate regular touch bases with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
  • Engage with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand through company events, job.

fairs, and conferences.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  • Track and report key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Maintain data integrity for Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance and candidate flow in applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to create an atmosphere of trust and build solid relationships with hiring managers through positive performance.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • A proven self-starter with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of employment laws at the local, state, and federal levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven success as a technical recruiter required.
  • 1 years’ experience recruiting cleared talent.
  • In-depth sourcing experience utilizing a range of methods and sources.
  • A demonstrated partner to hiring managers and internal teams relative to recruiting plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligence.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree required.
