Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong knowledge of diverse accounting tools to support financial operations at Samirian Chemicals Inc. Contribute to accurate financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvements while utilizing proficiency in various accounting software and tools. Gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with NetSuite maintenance, including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses using NetSuite's tools.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes in NetSuite.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and data cleanup.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and implement improvements in NetSuite.
• Aid in month-end and year-end closing, including financial statement consolidation and reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations for compliance.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other accounting software.
• Previous internship or work experience.
