Full job description
Seeking a physician collaborator/supervisor for a nurse practitioner owned and operated practice in
Ohio. The physician collaborator/supervisor will be expected to provide collaborating services to meet
the states supervisory regulations and be available for record review as per the Ohio Revised Code.
The practice is a new start up by highly skilled doctoral trained NP providing hormone replacement
services, Peptide therapy management, medical weight loss, labs, Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency
management and other necessary services. This will be a very part-time role and the physician can be
expected to be called for clinical consultations 1-2x a quarter if at all as nurse practitioner is very
independent .
Compensation will be a flat rate fee of ($350). The collaboration fee will be paid monthly, and the
physician will be a 1099 contractor.
