Bank Branch Operations Manager

We are looking for a Bank Branch Operations Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

• Manages all operational activities within a bank branch to limit operational risk and ensure delivery of effective financial services to customers.
• Provides guidance, direction, and supervision to staff to ensure they meet the highest performance level and adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures and all applicable laws.
• Responsible for the customer experience and ensuring that the branch delivers high quality customer service in accordance with the Bank's values and objectives. T
• Plays a critical leadership role in the bank branch .

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2 to 4+ years of banking and supervisory experience with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales
• The preferred candidate must have 24 to 36 months of teller, new accounts, and sales experience!
• Some Saturday hours are required.

Pay Rate Range : $70,000 - $95,000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
