Seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant/Technician for a privately-owned 2-doctor, progressive veterinary clinic in historic Hillsborough, NC. Veterinary experience required. Monday-Saturday hours with alternating weekend duties, a day off during the week and no late-night hours. We're looking for a motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with a team to produce excellent client and patient care. Experience in animal handling/restraint, venipuncture, surgical monitoring, and client education required. Come join a terrific group with a wonderful clientele. Piedmont Veterinary Clinic, located in historic Hillsborough, NC, is a privately-owned practice that has been serving the Hillsborough area since 1976. Our present facility opened in 2008. Our progressive, state-of-the-art practice offers comprehensive healthcare, surgery, radiology, dentistry and laser therapy. We are equipped with Cornerstone software, Idexx radiology, digital dental radiography, Idexx in-house and reference lab and Companion therapy laser. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30 am until 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm.
