Marketing Strategist

The Marketing Strategist oversees the Marketing Department, manages all operations and

associates in the Marketing department, and develops strategies to meet company sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Accountable for all marketing efforts and operations.

● Direct the New Product Development process.

● Work with Partners, Design Manager, and Buyer to direct merchandise purchasing

decisions and product offerings.

● Facilitate new campaigns, products, and marketing strategies.

● Manage and seek out potential marketing techniques, processes, and opportunities.

● Supervise and motivate the Marketing team in achieving department goals.

● Hire and train marketing team members.

● Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the marketing team for training, assigning

tasks, and developing strategies to meet goals.

● Create a weekly schedule and content calendar for the marketing team.

● Other duties as needed and required.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of Sales and Marketing experience, Google Analytics

certification, and Adobe certification are preferred.

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and experience in photography, graphic

design, web management, social media management, and sales.

● Experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and analyzing sales data.

● Team player with a spirit of kindness and compassion.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer service mentality.

● Problem-solving, conflict-management skills, Adaptability, and creativity.

● Strong project/team management skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

● Weekday position with occasional weekend days as required around holidays.

● Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.

● Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
