Summary/Objectives

The Integrated Marketing Strategist will have a broad, holistic understanding of the modern marketing ecosystem combined with deep, execution-level expertise in core growth channels. This role will orchestrate distinct campaign tracks simultaneously, ensuring our overarching brand voice remains cohesive while adapting specific value propositions to resonate with unique target audiences and industry pain points.

  • Multi-Campaign Orchestration: Develop, deploy, and manage simultaneous marketing campaigns customized for different product solutions, service lines, and business verticals.
  • Vertical Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex technical solutions into highly relevant, vertical-specific content and messaging that addresses unique industry challenges and ideal customer profiles.
  • Cross-Channel Alignment: Coordinate unified campaign rollouts across digital and traditional touchpoints, including targeted email workflows, performance media, organic social, SEO, and specialized content hubs.
  • AI Leverage Multiplier: The ability to use generative AI tools as an efficiency engine to accelerate content creation, automate repetitive copywriting tasks, scale audience research, and rapidly prototype multi-variant campaign assets without compromising brand quality.
  • Hands-on Functional Execution: Leverage specialized marketing skills to build, launch, test, and monitor high-priority campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and external vendors to align marketing initiatives with business pipeline goals.
  • Marketing Communications & Editorial Oversight: Maintain marketing editorial calendar and ensure alignment across content channels ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials, digital channels, and email communications.
  • Public Relations & Media: Create and distribute press releases, maintain media lists, coordinate internal approvals and executive quotes, and manage submissions for relevant industry awards.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and photocopiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with standard work hours of approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Travel

Some travel may be expected in this role, but it is 10% or less.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) and 3–5 years of marketing experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) and 3–5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing distinct marketing campaigns across multiple products, solutions, or business-to-business (B2B) verticals.
  • Foundational knowledge across audience segmentation, the buyer’s journey, and execution-level mastery in at least one or two core digital domains (e.g., marketing automation, advanced content strategy, or paid performance marketing).
  • Exceptional ability to pivot quickly between different target markets, industries, and solution frameworks without losing strategic focus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), Project Management tools (e.g., Asana), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
