Pay Rate: $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Position Summary: As the Residential Service Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the service operations within the residential HVAC sector. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality repair to our valued customers.

Job Duties:

• Manage Residential HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite
• Provides growth path for technicians and assists with reaching both company and personal goals of the technicians
• Reviews technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards
• Organize training and ongoing support for service techs
• Working with the sales department to ensure goals are being met.
• Assist with scheduling questions based on experience or scheduling conflicts
• Interviews, hires, and trains HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands.
• Assisting with advanced customer service relations.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 7+ years of residential HVAC service
• 3+ years of experience in management in an HVAC or trade industry
• Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to lead and train members of the team
• Service Titan experience preferred
