Real Estate Investment Sales Agent - Licensed

We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions

• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction

• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation

• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
