Education / Experience / Background
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in web development and software implementation projects.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Experience with Drupal or similar content management systems
- Good experience in using industry-standard design and work management tools such as Jira, Google Docs, Lucid Chart
- Knowledge of utility industry processes and customer portal solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
