Apartment Groundskeeper

Apartment Groundskeeper in the Greater Charlotte area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and upkeep the community grounds
• Pick-up trash and keep lawns neat
• Basic cleaning skills
• Trash-out vacant apartments
• Maintain the pool areas & pool furniture
• Sweeping hallways between apartment homes

Qualified Candidates will:

• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities & prioritizing skills
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner
• Provide residents with exceptional customer service
• Have a “Can-Do” Attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to life 50 lbs.
• Need to be available/flexible
• Current Driver's License

Qualifications
Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighting up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance
Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas
