Job description

Handy Person - Groundskeeper - Property Cleanup and Maintenance.

We have multiple properties in the Centralia, Seattle, and Portland areas and are looking for a person or people to complete and manage the ongoing workload and property maintenance/repairs. We are seeking a person or people who have experience with construction/remodel, general property maintenance, cleanup/organization- as well as plant, flower, and farm/vegetable garden maintenance.


We are looking for self starters, self doers, people or persons with the ability to recognize tasks that need done, make lists, communicate regularly with ownership, and those who can start, manage, and complete tasks.

  • Lawn and Garden Maintenance
  • Farm or large acreage Maintenance.
  • General Property Cleanup and Maintenance.
  • Carrying and loading materials

REQUIREMENTS

Property Cleanup experience or similar work and knowledge of proper disposal methods for varied waste, metals, plastics, appliances, tires, barrels, etc... is helpful. Plant and Garden Maintenance knowledge/experience is also very helpful.
Criminal Background checks and pre-employment drug screening will be performed.
