A full time groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces such as lawns, gardens, parks, sports fields, or campuses. Their tasks often include mowing grass, planting flowers, trimming bushes, removing debris, applying fertilizers or pesticides, and sometimes operating landscaping equipment. Groundskeepers may also be responsible for minor repairs, irrigation system maintenance, and ensuring that walkways and public areas remain clean and accessible. The role is essential for creating a pleasant and safe environment for visitors and employees.
