The Summer Groundskeeper position involves regular interaction with residents, guests, and Menno Haven team members. Key responsibilities for the seasonal groundskeeper include edging, mulching, assisting with shrubbery trimming, and supporting event preparations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, helpful but not required
  • Positive attitude and good customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
