Job Description

Primary duties:

Operating mailroom equipment; Inserter, Pressure Sealer, Postage Machine, Multi-functional Printers
Place service calls on broken equipment
Keep inventory of postage, paper, and copy room supplies
Prepare and stock supply orders
Mail sorting
Upload files to the network
Break down used boxes
Stock Refrigerator
Daily mail run to the post office

Other Duties may include:

Additional duties or tasks if needed

Requirements:

Strong computer skills with special attention to Microsoft Suite
A.I.M.S experience is a plus but not required + use of other computer applications
Copy room experience
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Pay attention to detail
Customer Service experience
