Location: Stafford, TX

Reynolds Lift Technologies, a leader in providing innovative artificial lift technology and permanent magnet motors for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Stafford, TX. This role is critical to supporting our strategic decision-making process through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop financial models to evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, and project profitability.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and their financial impact on the business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, highlighting key financial performance indicators.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations to the board of directors and corporate stakeholders.
- Participate in the strategic planning process, providing analytical support to guide company decisions.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reduction.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance/Accounting or a related field + 5yrs industry experience
- MBA is not required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, Quickbooks, PowerBI and similar financial software.
- Proficient in data visualization tools & software such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Ability to quickly assemble data from disparate sources into actionable dashboards/KPI's for business analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to work at other company locations.

We design, manufacture, install and service the industry's only 100% US made Permanent Magnet Motor (PMM) and a suite of sand protection equipment. Our factory, CNC machine shop and engineering test facilities are located south of Houston in Stafford, TX. Through our sales & engineering office in Midland, TX and field service location in Pecos, TX we offer true in-basin service and support for customers running Reynolds motors & equipment.
