HR Coordinator
Location: Oakland, CA (HYBRID)
Pay: $30 per hour+ (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities
· Assists with new hire onboarding and welcoming
· Update employee information in the HRIS
· Assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
· Coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
· Prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail
