The firm seeks an individual who is professional, organized, self-motivated and who works well with others in a busy small office work environment.
The job description is a part time (Monday through Thursday) real estate paralegal performing approximately 80% residential real estate closings and 20% commercial real estate closings. The closings are cash closings and lender closings for local banks only. No mortgage companies.
Candidates must be able to organize, prepare and order documents required for real estate closings. Candidates must be skilled in microsoft word, quickbooks, conveyancing software and title insurance software.
You will be required to become a notary public. The office is not a closing factory.
$27-$29 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
