Director of Technology Services

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead our technology department. The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's information technology and systems, including infrastructure, applications, security, and support services. Key Responsibilities:

6. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to support business operations.

8. Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and achieve business objectives.
9. Provide leadership and support for IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's IT capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background with expertise in network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams in a complex organizational environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IT operations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
