Location: New Radiance (Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
Full-Time Opportunities Available: Our standard operation hours are; Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7 pm, Saturday : 9 am - 4 pm , Sunday: Closed.
New Radiance Cosmetic Centers is looking for talented, professional, career-minded team members with excellent communication skills. You will work at our sales desk as a Patient Care Coordinator, being the center of patient care sales and scheduling.
Patient Care Coordinators (Sales & Scheduling) are responsible for:
- Delivering a dynamic customer experience via phone, text, and email.
- Scheduling consultations and service appointments using scheduling software
- Initial contact with new prospective clients and existing clients to educate them on services available and schedule them accurately.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of all service available (Training provided)
- Qualifying candidates for the service/s.
Requirements
Training is provided; However you must possess the following skills:
- Minimum of two (2) years of solid experience working in a professional office environment. Medical office or Aesthetic background is a plus.
- Must be computer literate ( Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new programs. Electronic scheduling program knowledge, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills for data entry required. Must be very comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound phone calls, answering questions and speaking with current and potential patients. There is absolutely no cold calling.
- Experience in phone sales is a plus. Experience working in a medical office sales, but we are really looking for people who are motivated, want to excel in their careers and are ready for a challenge.

- Are articulate and have the ability and desire to learn all about and convey cosmetic procedures to patients as well as answer all questions and provide detailed information about our services (Training provided).
Salary Description
Starting at $18 an hour depending on experience.
