Intermediate Program Analyst

Remote

Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a self-motivated candidate for an Intermediate Program Analyst. The successful candidate will provide program and project management support.  We are looking for a candidate who has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills who will fit with our collaborative culture. The position will be remote and the hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:30 EST.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Project Manager of construction, furniture, and relocation projects
  • Develop and maintain client's project status presentations and briefings
  • Develop, review, and maintain project requirements documents
  • Develop, review, and maintain project communication management plans
  • Develop, review, and maintain project schedules.
  • Develop, review, and maintain cost estimates and budgets
  • Develop project scopes, management plans, requirements documents, and statements of work
  • Develop and update comments resolution matrices
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items
  • Track and monitor action items for reporting through completion
  • Utilize collaboration site to track minutes, action items, assist in the response to requests for status, and maintaining the team site's content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and up to date
  • Manage drafting and coordinating responses to requests in a timely manner.
  • Seek the necessary approvals for responses, as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder communication process to include coordinating engagement meetings and follow-ups as part of a comprehensive communication management plan
  • Perform administrative functions, such as email correspondence, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and composing correspondence
  • Research and implement best practices and highlight techniques and/or tools that will fit the needs for an enhanced IT governance posture
  • Develop Input Controls Output Mechanisms (ICOM) diagrams.
  • Conduct business process reengineering analysis and recommend operational changes to boost efficiency.
  • Develop risk registers and management plans.
  • Develop and maintain tactical task logs.
  • Develop and maintain change management plan, support change control boards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business or related field
  • Four (4) to Eight (8) years of related project management or program analyst experience required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with PowerBI, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Visio
  • Prior experience working in SharePoint.
  • High level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
  • US resident with an ability to pass public trust clearance
  • Occasional travel required 

Preferred Skills

  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications
  • Construction knowledge
  • Commercial furniture design, procurement, and management experience
  • Federal government experience
  • PowerBI development experience

Targeted Salary - $90- $120k
