POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee and execute the creative design of internal and external marketing communications. You will work closely with the marketing team, vendors, and franchise partners/operators to create artwork for global and local marketing campaigns. You will oversee graphic design requests and help direct the artwork of agencies and outsourced graphic designers when needed. You will collaborate with different teams within the marketing department to design marketing campaigns. You will help modify, maintain, and enforce the brand style guide and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the director of marketing, you will help establish the look and feel of global and local marketing campaigns, in collaboration with marketing, operations, and key stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and design creative executions across various mediums including video, digital, social, OOH, direct mail, collateral, email, experiential, swag, and more.
• Provide vendors and partners with creative direction to ensure strategic focus, brand standards, and best practices.
• Conceptualize and design social media content.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills for communicating concepts and campaign creativity to key stakeholders.
• Manage and enforce brand style guides and standards to ensure branding consistency.
• Manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a creative bar of excellence while being willing to try new things and question the status quo.
• Help develop creative processes that will lead to greater scalability.
• Work with franchise partners to fulfill individual creative requests.
• Prepare PPT templates to be used for brand conferences and internal communications.

ABOUT YOU:

• Has an active growth mindset with a passion for trying new things and learning from others?
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time and budget constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design & Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or another visual communication emphasis.
• Strong writing skills in a variety of formats (proposals, pitches, concepts, treatments, scripts, etc.)
• Minimum 4-6 years experience in an agency or brand management. B2C is preferred.
• Ability to produce work for multiple formats, including digital ads, direct mail, email, print signage, digital video, and website graphics.
• Willingness to take ownership of the look and feel of key brand elements.
• Ability to use key creative platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect, etc.
