Job Description

AGS specializes in creating strategic partnerships and managing global partnership campaigns. We navigate the ever-evolving landscape of paid partnerships and corporate sponsorships by expertly connecting brands with ideal clients to achieve profitable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

· Build and optimize a secure web page using WordPress for evolving business needs.

· Provide continued support for multiple social media platforms.

· Maintain communication with the leadership team concerning the direction of the website and social media platforms.

· Code and script applications for WordPress.

· Perform routine site and social media audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages potential customers to take action.
  • Continue to optimize current social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of agency’s social media content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the policy for each market.
  • Create editorial calendars, blogs, and syndication platforms.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other team members (managers and leadership) to manage brand reputation and brand identify and coordinate actions.
  • Ability to master technology solutions.
  • Execute social selling strategy.
  • Track, report, and analyze key review site and social selling metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually to share successes and opportunities.

· Lead our strategy on all social channels by building tactical plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

· Develop several channels within the overall content calendar and planning process- serve as a key ideation social media specialist and provide creative input to the overall development of brand campaigns and content to support.

Skills:

  • Experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluent in English

About You:

  • Strong background in social media and public relations with the ability to quickly create compelling messages.
  • Driven to constantly test, innovate, and redefine; ability to balance idea generation with execution and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Flexible, collaborative approach including capacity to work in a changing environment, make recommendations for improvements, and receive feedback.
  • Social media strategy: 5 years (Preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday:

9:00am - 6:00pm (EST)

What You Can Expect From AGS

· Starting base salary of $34,000 per year.

· This is a remote position working from home: Monday through Friday.

· After 90 days qualified Paid Time Off (1 week to start)

  • After 90 days Medical Insurance: Company contributes $250.00 per month to a Corporate Medical Insurance Plan. The Company also offers dental and vision insurance plans.
  • 401k
  • After 90 days’ Vacation Days: You will be eligible for fifteen (15) vacation days per calendar year, prorated based on your date of hire.
  • After 90 days Sick Days: You will be eligible for 40 paid sick hours per calendar year, prorated based on your date of hire.
