Red Eye Radiator and DPF Specialist is currently seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Reconcile end of month records
- HR Tasks
- Compliance with DOT
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
This role has many tasks and different operations for our business. Daily logs for banking and cash flow, light HR, AP, AR, reconciliation and light accounting. There is also some secretary work, from scheduling appointments, to picking up items for the shop.
*2 years of bookkeeping is a must.
*Must pass a background check.
*Must have a valid Driver's license
