Job Summary:
The Associate Land Rights Coordinator will assist the Land Rights Coordinator with administrative tasks related to the title work of real property. This includes reviewing legal documents, due diligence, order preparation, inputting land data, and record maintenance. The position requires proficiency in project management software and standard office communication and processing systems. This position will work closely with the Land Rights, Development, Legal, and Engineering Teams. The Associate Land Rights Coordinator will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or a commensurate combination of education and experience.

The Associate Land Rights Coordinator will assist the Land Rights Coordinator with administrative tasks related to the title work of real property. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review project Title Insurance Commitments and exceptions.
- Interpret and confirm the condition of title, permits, easements, and other land-rights issues required to acquire the subject property and execute the proposed project.
- Perform property research utilizing the appropriate online public records and other online resources.
- Order and/or download real property documents and GIS maps.
- Review and interpret the rights conveyed contained in legal documents related to real property.
- Review and plot legal descriptions contained in legal documents
- Identify and assist in securing any easement or easement modifications required to develop real property
- Identify and assist in securing any required third-party non-governmental approvals.
- Assist in the process of supplying necessary due diligence information.
- Assist and maintain projects within the assigned project management software.
- Participate in assigned meetings.
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Proficeincy with project management software
Education/Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Land Rights Management or a related field.
- or a commensurate combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
- 90% in an indoor office environment
- Prolonged sitting/standing at a desk
- Lift/Carry up to 20 lbs
