Talented Pastry Chef Needed For Fine Dining Restaurant.

We are looking for a Pastry Chef for our French Country Inn in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. As our Pastry Chef, you would be part of our award winning inn, led by Executive Chef Stephen Burke. We would like a pastry chef to be part of an amazing team creating the best and freshest cuisine with modern techniques and plating. This is an exciting time at the inn and we just may be looking for you!

As our Pastry Chef you would be responsible for working with the team to create seasonal, fresh, innovative cuisine. We need you if you will think outside the box, be organized, fast paced and eager to be creative. You will be responsible for the entire pastry department: baking, ice creams, breads, breakfast breads, chocolates, pastry, desserts for dinner, and welcome pastries and cookies for our guests under the direction of our Executive Chef. We have an in house bread program, and knowledge of various types of breads is a must. This is an excellent opportunity for a pastry chef ready to make a name for themselves.
