We are looking for a well-organized and results-driven Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities include; managing some aspects of the operation of the accounting department requirements, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial information and reports. Prepare and examine and audit financial records. Ensure and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
The position requires the necessary skills to interact with other operations personnel and the management team.
General Responsibilities
Manage the accountant functions that include the preparation of reconciliations, period closes, projections, and procedures to record, classify, and examine records of financial transactions that
include accounts payables, receivables collections, and cash applications requirements.
· Essential Tasks include the following: other duties may be assigned.
· Analyzes and interprets financial data and procedures to prepare financial information and reports
· Analyze and review account reconciliations for the CFO to sign off
· Analyze account variances
· Recommend and prepare journal entries, reports, and account reconciliations
· Develop and maintain detailed schedules and statistical tables
· Prepare schedule for audits
· Maintain accurate financial records
· Analyze transactions for correct coding and assignment of revenue and expenditures
· Study, develop and standardize accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure sound financial practices that apply GAAP standards
· Communicate with executives, managers, supervisors, and co-workers and maintain confidentiality at all times
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Three years of experience in general accounting preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP rules

· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Read, analyze, and interpret business and technical procedures
· Interpret and apply accounting principles and theories in work applications
· Write reports, correspondences, and procedural documentation
· Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
· Adept in the use of MS Office and an understanding of ERP systems and databases
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and take on new assignments
