Position: Tier 1 Technician
Description: Join CNR Technologies as a Tier 1 technician, where you'll deliver top-notch technical support directly to our clients. Your role involves resolving various technical issues and providing support through multiple channels, including onsite visits, remote assistance, and phone support. Responsibilities:
- Resolving client issues such as domain, email, printing, imaging computers and laptops, account setup, and working on servers
- Providing support via onsite visits, remote assistance, and phone support
- Traveling to client locations for issue resolution, primarily in Woodstock and surrounding areas, with occasional travel beyond this region
Skills and Requirements:
- Any current CompTIA certification preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients on technical issues, expectations, and results
- Experience resolving technical issues on Windows platforms (Printers, Outlook, Office, etc.)
- Comfortable working additional hours as needed
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus
- Bonus: High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
