Sanitation Lead

We are looking for a Sanitation Coordinator with food safety knowledge/experience as well as sanitation experience to work on a food production warehouse . This will be a position for 3rd shift.

As the Sanitation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing sanitation procedures in accordance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Training and supervising sanitation staff to ensure proper cleaning techniques and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitoring inventory of sanitation supplies and equipment, and coordinating procurement as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to sanitation activities and compliance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sanitation management within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation principles, procedures
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends
