Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team responsible for industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry services, and custodial duties within food-related environments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet strict hygiene standards suitable for food handling and hospitality settings.
  • Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, equipment use, and compliance requirements to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify sanitation issues, ensure adherence to protocols, and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and waste disposal processes efficiently.
  • Enforce safety regulations rigorously to prevent accidents or contamination risks while maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications
