Job Summary:

To provide member and employee support by testing and scheduling bill calculation jobs, reviewing problem areas, providing adjustments, and maintaining accounts in accordance with the viewpoints, objectives, and policies of the cooperative to ensure quality assurance in all areas of CIS operations.

Job Requirements:

• Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of utility customer service experience is required.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a problem solver and have the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Must be highly driven and self-motivated.
• Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.
