We have an immediate opening for an IT End User Support Specialist. This position will support MANE Inc's computerized systems and users, reporting to the Director of IT and working with other employees in the department. We are a customer-focused and Microsoft-centric organization using Dell Servers, Lenovo laptops and industrial printers. We operate with Windows 10/11 with Office 365, and multiple packaged and custom applications. MANE is based in France with US headquarters in New Jersey. You will primarily be supporting our two Lebanon sites and providing secondary support to our Woodlawn production facility. You will act as backup Helpdesk to our NY and NJ offices and assist our local Network Administrator as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIEIES:
- To install, support, maintain, document, and administer the MANE Inc. computerized technologies including desktops, laptops, software, printers, telephony, and audio-visual systems.
- Provide user support, training, and assistance with above technologies.
- Create, change and delete user accounts and privileges in all relevant systems to ensure security and functionality.
- Track and monitor helpdesk calls, tasks and projects using tools supplied.
- Advise IT Manager and other department employees of outstanding task and helpdesk priorities.
- Repair (or arrange for repair) of any damaged equipment.
- Research common technology supplies and order laptops, desktops, and software.
- Proactively develop and present new technologies or methods to improve efficiencies or profitability.
- Ensure maximum uptime of computerized technologies and security of MANE and Client data and systems.
- Develop and document procedures and tasks.
- We will place a special emphasis on your customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, and “broad reach” of IT skills.
- Interacts with internal and external Customers, Contractors, Auditors, MANE employees from local and other MANE sites.
- Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, employees will engage in awareness and practical training, relevant to job-related and job-specific roles and responsibilities, in order to adhere to applicable environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in technical field preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ year’s technology experience in customer-focused manufacturing or service environment. Flavor/food industry experience preferred.
- 2 years experience with Windows 10 or Windows 11
- 2 years experience with Office365
- 2 years experience with telephony for desktop or mobile users
- 2 years experience in performing help desk tasks: desktop, laptop and printer repair
- Active Directory password reset and account creations
- Ability to work early or late hours to allow for maintenance windows while maintaining high resource availability.
- Availability for “on-call” rotation
- Customer service and team-oriented attitude

- Highly organized and task oriented
- Ability to maintain strict confidentially
- Additional Qualifications: (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience deploying software, supporting SharePoint or shared security.
- Experience in LAN/WAN, wireless, Citrix, VPN, Anti-virus/spam and conference room audio visual controls
- A+, MCP, ITIL or other certifications
- Experience with hardware and software audits and tracking
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
