Location: 5209 Tahara Industrial Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72117 

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team at our North Little Rock, AR location. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support necessary to service the needs of customers while assisting with the direct labor operations of the warehouse.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle Inside Sales duties with an existing customer base 
• Manage order placement, order management, returns, and exchanges 
• Recommend potential products to dealers based on collected dealer information and needs analysis 
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the dealer base through open and interactive communication 
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed 
• Maintain accurate dealer account records 
• Provide dealers with accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools 
• Assist in inventory management and supplier relations 
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor 
• No cold calling or prospecting for new accounts required for this position

Qualifications and Skills: 

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills

Physical Requirements: 

• Standing 
• Walking (occasional to frequent) 
• Bending/stooping (occasional) 
• Squatting/kneeling (occasional) 
• Gripping/manipulation (frequent) 
• Lift and carry up to 30-40 lbs. occasionally from floor to waist

Working Conditions: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a moderate noise level environment. This position may occasionally involve shop duties. The employee must wear approved safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, and steel-toed shoes inside the warehouse.

Successful candidates must meet all conditions of Fresno Valves & Casting's Drug and Alcohol testing requirements as a condition of employment. Drug/alcohol screening is administered post-offer and pre-employment.
