Henry General Contractors, Inc. seeking talented Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of federal, state and private construction projects.

Role Description

Managing Construction Projects of moderate to high-level complexity from inception to project completion
Support site operations ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, and operational requirements.
Create and manage submittals and RFI's.
Provide support for management in the oversight of project contract work.
Assist in review and approval of project contractor schedules, and respond to information, submittals, and change requests.
Assist in the development and implementation of a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of the project, following a logical pattern for utilization of resources to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
Attends seminars, company training, or workshops to remain abreast of the latest industry developments.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience as a construction project manager.
Excellent understanding of construction safety regulations, building codes, and project management principles
Experience managing and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making
Certification in construction safety or project management is a plus.
