Job Description:
- Looking for people with technical call center experience at tier 2 level. The team will specialize support around Client 's video conferencing for hosting/attending meetings. Video conferencing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Key JD for this role is:
- Looking for people with technical call center experience at tier 2 level , to resolve queries and work with business to solve problems in 5-7mins

- Fluent written and verbal language skills in English (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of contact center / customer support experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and success setting priorities while working independently

- Passion for customer service
- Ability to listen and accurately comprehend complex customer scenarios
- Confident and enthusiastic communication skills
